Your order will be shipped out in 1-2 working days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email and your package should reach you in 1-2 more working days. If you'll like same day delivery, drop us an email at hello@theflufstore.com.

International

If you're outside Singapore but wish to order from FLÜF, reach out to hello@theflufstore.com and we'll work through the shipping fees and transit times for you.

Delivery is free for orders about $150 SGD. For orders below $150 SGD, shipping is $8 SGD.

If your item is incorrect or damaged, an exchange will be arranged. Please email us at hello@theflufstore.com.

We stand by your satisfaction of our products, so if you're not happy with your item, you may return & refund the items within 7 days of receiving your order. Costs associated with delivery for returns will be at your own expense. The item must be in original condition and packaging (no scratch, tear, fur, stain, or damage) with their tags intact.
